Our law firm specializes in real estate law, undertaking to provide full legal support in the context of the sale of real estate properties and ensuring legal protection of the principals’ rights in rem. We provide a comprehensive range of legal services and can represent either buyers or sellers.

When we represent you as a buyer, we undertake to conduct full title deeds searches, identify any encumbrances (mortgage prenotations, mortgages, attachment orders) and/or claims and take any legal steps required (whether judicial or extrajudicial) to ensure the property can be properly transferred. Safeguarding your interests as a buyer, we enter into negotiations with the other side, represent you as buyer both when signing any preliminary sale agreement and when signing the final contract and undertake to transcribe the contract at the local cadastral office or land registry on your behalf.

When we represent the seller, we diligently carry out title deed searches for the property, provide full information about the extent of your rights in that regard and specify any legal steps needed before the property can be transferred, such as removal of a mortgage or mortgage prenotation, cadastral issues, inheritance issues, and so on. We collect all necessary certificates and documents needed to sell the property, carry out the necessary negotiations to achieve the most advantageous agreement for you as seller and represent you both when signing any preliminary agreement and during the final contract, and ensure the proper collection of the price.

  1. Carrying out property title deeds searches, identifying and resolving legal issues (such as removal of encumbrances, erroneous cadastral entries, etc.), making sure the title deeds match the deed establishing any horizontal properties.

  2. Drafting of the preliminary sale agreement and legal due diligence for the final contract to fully protect the interests of our principals. If a notarial preliminary sale agreement is needed, we are in continuous collaboration with experienced notaries.

  3. Ensuring proper payment of the price and signing of a payment deed, where that has been specified or required.

  4. Legal advice in the context of real estate investments.

  5. Negotiations to defend the interests of our principal to achieve the best possible agreement.

Property Leases
