Elena Pontika
Attorney at the bar of the Hellenic Supreme Court, Accredited MediatorElena Pontika, founder and managing partner of the law firm “P2K Law and Mediation”, is a lawyer with rights of audience before the Hellenic Supreme Court, member of the Athens Bar Association, Ministry of Justice accredited mediator, and graduate of the Law School of the National and Capodistrian University of Athens.
She has extensive experience in the fields of civil, commercial and criminal law and has been practicing law for more than 30 years, handling cases which fall into those fields, with particular emphasis on cases of commercial contracts and company law, lease disputes, property transfers and real estate disputes.
As an accredited mediator specialized in family law and cadastral disputes, she also undertakes to conduct mediation to successfully resolve any dispute and find a solution favorable to the parties.
